Distressed Indigo Ruana made from a vintage piece of Indigo cloth from the Mossi tribe of Burkina Faso. The textile is very soft. I have darned and repaired any of the holes in the cloth, and reinforced the hand-stitched seams.
It has a story of a well loved textile.
A gorgeous statement piece, it may be styled as a ruana, wrapped across the body and over the shoulder as a shawl, or as a thick scarf.
